Open Engagement is an international conference and platform to support socially engaged art. The conference highlights the work of transdisciplinary artists, activists, students, scholars, community members, and organizations. The conference will be held in Pittsburgh for the first time, April 17-April 19th 2015. Attendance is free, but you must register.

ArtAttack Pittsburgh | May 13, June 10 and July 15, 2015
ArtAttack Pittsburgh is a live competitive painting event held monthly at the Rex Theater in the South Side. Painters create the best work they can across three 30 minute rounds of live painting. The audience votes for the winners of each round, thus choosing the top two winners of each event.  Those two winners will move on the the Championship round in November. Register to compete.
